At Jan’s Precious Cavaliers & Cavoodles, our passion is breeding happy, healthy puppies who become cherished family members. As registered breeders, we thoughtfully pair our 100% DNA-clear girls with our gentle, proven stud through natural matings. Breeding clear of all testable inheritable diseases, gives you peace of mind that during your babies lifetime, you won’t face the possibility of potentially hefty vet bills.
Prioritise Health and Welfare

About Cavaliers and Cavoodles
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Cavaliers are purebred dogs with a gentle, loving personality and a regal appearance. They are small, elegant, and enjoy both playtime and cuddles. They’re typically not aggressive, which makes them wonderful therapy or emotional support animals. Their silky coats come in four distinct colors, and they thrive in homes where they receive plenty of attention and companionship. Cavaliers are eager to please, making training relatively easy, especially with positive reinforcement.
Cavoodles
Cavoodles, a cross between a Cavalier and a Poodle, combine the best traits of both breeds. They are intelligent, low-shedding, and highly adaptable, making them ideal for families, singles, and seniors alike. Cavoodles often inherit the Cavalier’s sweet nature and the Poodle’s cleverness and hypoallergenic coat. They thrive on human interaction and cuddles but aren’t overly needy, making them easy-going companions.

Process To Get Your Girl Ready
Breeding your dog can be a truly special experience, but it comes with real responsibility. This means making sure your girl is healthy and well-prepared and caring for mum and pups every step of the way, from pregnancy to whelping and those important early weeks.
Before breeding, your female should be vet checked and up to date with vaccinations, worming, and flea treatment. We also recommend DNA testing to check for potential diseases and coat colours.
Find a local vet that offers in-house progesterone testing, so you get results in about an hour. Waiting overnight for lab results can sometimes mean missing the best mating window. (See vet links below.)
Check your girl daily for bleeding and let us know as soon as it starts. Once her progesterone test shows she’s ready, we’ll book a time to meet Bentley for one or two matings, for the best chance of success.
